Designed by Kirkor Architects, it will boast an incredibly modern exterior aesthetic, with the building standing 10 storeys. Complete with glass panelling and expansive windows and stunning balconies, this is the modern, minimalist addition Oakville constantly seems to be attracting. However, its grandiose stature makes it stand apart from the city’s other structures. Its innovative design has it made it so that it steps down to 8 and then 6 storeys at the structure’s north end. This does an appealing job of breaking up the building to help it look seamless with the additional townhome units. The townhomes will stand 3 storeys tall.
Residents of the condo tower and stacked townhomes will have access to parking in an underground garage. This luxurious and ambitious project will have a total of 753 parking spots. For the west tower a total of 356 parking spaces will be made available, with 258 for the condo building and 36 allocated for stacked town home residents. There will be 12 parking spaces allocated for retail visitors, and 50 for residential visitors.
